This Terms Of Service guides the contractual relation between Vendors (hereinafter called as “Vendor”/”Service Provider”, “You” or “Your”) and Lohpath Ads (hereinafter called as Lohpath Ads,) and it governs the services offered by Lohpath Ads through its website (www.ads.lohpath.com ), phone Search, SMS, WAP, APP or any other medium (collectively called “Portals” ). Lohpath Ads offers you its services only on the Terms and any amendments made under this Terms of Service. Lohpath Ads endeavor will be to send the Terms of Service to you on your registered email ID and/or mobile number via Emails/Sms/WhatsApp and the same is also published on Lohpath Ads website at https://ads.lohpath.com /Terms-of-Use/Service-for-Listing- Service.

नियम और शर्तें (Terms & Conditions)
यह वेंडर्स/ग्राहकों के बीच के अनुबंध (Contract) की तरह है।
‘लोहपथ’ की सेवाओं का उपयोग करने का अर्थ है कि आप निम्नलिखित शर्तों से सहमत हैं:
A. वेंडर्स के लिए नियमः
प्रत्येक वेंडर के पास वैध FSSAI रजिस्ट्रेशन और स्थानीय निकाय (नगर निगम) की अनुमति होना अनिवार्य है।
वेंडर को ग्राहकों को ताज़ा और स्वच्छ भोजन प्रदान करना होगा।
प्लेटफॉर्म पर दी गई वेंडर की जानकारी (नाम, पता, फोन) पूरी तरह सत्य होनी चाहिए।
B. ग्राहकों के लिए नियमः
ग्राहक अपनी स्वेच्छा से स्टॉल का चयन कर रहे हैं। Lohpath Ads किसी भी विशिष्ट स्टॉल की गारंटी नहीं देता है।
फीडबैक या रेटिंग देते समय अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग ना करे
B. ग्राहकों के लिए नियमः
ग्राहक अपनी स्वेच्छा से स्टॉल का चयन कर रहे हैं। ‘लोहपथ’ किसी भी विशिष्ट स्टॉल की गारंटी नहीं देता है।
फीडबैक या रेटिंग देते समय अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग वर्जित है।
C. सेवा शुल्क (Service Fees):
Lohpath Ads वेंडर्स से लिस्टिंग या कमीशन शुल्क लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। इसके बिल आने वाले समय में ऑनलाइन या ऑफ लाइन के माध्यम से जारी किए जाएंगे।
D. कानूनी क्षेत्राधिकारः
इस प्लेटफॉर्म से संबंधित किसी भी कानूनी विवाद का निपटारा केवल इंदौर (मध्य प्रदेश) के न्यायालयों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में होगा।
